Wrongfully imprisoned?

PHILADELPHIA — A federal court in Pennsylvania denied Philadelphia’s motion to dismiss a man’s 14th Amendment religious prosecution claim alleging that police framed him for rape, causing him to spend 19 years in false imprisonment. The police are not entitled to qualified immunity on the malicious prosecution claim at this stage.
