New Haven, Conn. — A professor at the Yale School of Medicine may sue the university for punishing him a second time for the same sexual harassment claim brought against him by a fellow professor following a suspension he served, a federal judge ruled . The professor has adequately shown that no female professor has been punished twice for the same infraction.
