SAN FRANCISCO — A Ninth Circuit panel let YouTube off the hook Wednesday for removing singer Darnaa’s videos after accusing her of artificially inflating her view count, finding the website’s limitations of liability covered its decision and that Darnaa could still pursue other avenues for posting her videos.
